rdr2 Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use rdr2 and how we keep that data protected. Our platform operates in supported jurisdictions across Indonesia, and we are committed to handling your personal information transparently and securely.
We at rdr2 collect only the data necessary to deliver our service—account registration details, payment information, and activity logs. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information remains encrypted and stored on secure servers. We comply with applicable data protection principles and give you control over your account at any time.
If you have questions about how we handle your information, contact our support team through the channels listed at the end of this page.
What data we collect on rdr2
We collect your data in three categories. First, registration data: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address. We require this information to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other supported regions.
Second, payment data. When you deposit or withdraw using DANAe-walletmobile bankinglocal paymentonline paymente-walletor bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we record the transaction amount, timestamp, and payment method. We do not store your full card or bank credentials—only a reference token. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment partners, who maintain their own security standards.
Third, activity data. We log your login times, games played, bet amounts (not outcomes), device type, IP address, and browser information. This helps us detect fraud, improve platform performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
How we use your information
We use your data for five purposes. Account management: we verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and send you account statements and important notices. Compliance: we maintain records required by local regulators and conduct periodic audits of user data.
Fraud prevention: we analyze login patterns and transaction histories to flag unusual activity. If we detect a potential breach—for example, a withdrawal request from an unfamiliar location during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha—we may temporarily hold the transaction and contact you for verification.
Platform improvement: we analyze anonymized, aggregated data to identify technical issues, optimize load times during Liga 1 matches, and understand which games and payment methods are most used.
Communication: we send you service updates, security alerts, and responses to your support requests. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in separately.
Third-party processors and data sharing
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. We partner with cloud infrastructure providers to host your encrypted data. These processors sign data-protection agreements and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Payment processors (the banks and e-wallet networks behind mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment transactions) receive only the minimum data needed to complete your transaction. We do not share your email, phone, or betting history with them.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing firms. We may disclose data only when required by law—for example, if a court order or regulatory investigation demands it.

- Right to delete: You may request deletion of your account and associated data after all pending transactions and disputes are resolved. Deletion is permanent.
- Right to withdraw consent: If you previously agreed to receive marketing communications, you can opt out via a link in any email or in your account preferences.

Cookies and tracking
Our platform uses cookies to remember your login session, store your preferred language, and track page visits for performance monitoring. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can delete them via your browser settings, though this may log you out of rdr2.
We do not use third-party cookies for targeted advertising. Our analytics tools collect only aggregated, anonymized data—for example, "mobile users in Medan spend an average of subject to verification per session"—never individual user tracking.
How we protect your data
We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data in transit. Your password is hashed using a cryptographic algorithm and never stored in plain text. Our servers use firewalls, intrusion-detection systems, and regular security audits to prevent unauthorized access.
However, no system is perfectly secure. We urge you to use a strong, unique password on rdr2, never share your login credentials, and log out after each session—especially on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
How long we keep your data
We retain active account data (name, email, phone, payment history) for as long as your account is open. After you close your account, we archive certain records (transactions, KYC documents) for at least five years to comply with financial regulations and anti-money-laundering laws.
Logs of your login activity and device information are retained for 90 days; older logs are deleted unless required by law or an ongoing investigation.
